After almost one year of development and pre-production, Sprite Fright has entered the production stage. This is a massive milestone for the project. Let’s save the production roadmap for a future blogpost: today we want to welcome a few new team members!
Hi, I am Paul. I come from Ludwigsburg, Germany and study Technical Directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg. For my practical year I'm working as a Junior Pipeline TD at Blender!
"Pipeline" is one of the main focuses of the Sprite Fright project. Paul is mostly dedicated to maintaining, extending, developing and documenting pipeline tools, and sharing them here on Blender Cloud.
I'm Nacho from Barcelona. I work as a freelance animator. Over the last few years I've been working on a wide variety of projects for different media. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Blender Studio for Agent327 and Spring. I'm looking forward to Sprite Fright!
My name is Dani and I'm a 3D Animator from Barcelona. As a freelance animator I had the pleasure of working on different projects like advertising spots, movies, video games, TV shows, etc.

Hi! My name is Tom, and I'm from France. Over the past decade I have worked as an animator on a wide range of animated feature films, visual effects movies, video games and commercials. I love animation in general, and I am always interested in new challenges, and trying new techniques. I've always wanted to work on a Blender Studio project, so I am ecstatic about working on Sprite Fright!
